Electrical Contractor's Program

At Ron Noble Insurance we recognized the need for an affordable option to meet the licensing requirements for small to medium sized electrical contractors. Together with Aviva Insurance Company of Canada we have developed a program that should address this need. The basic policy provides the following coverages:

  • Commercial General Liability standard limit $2,000,000 per occurrence, $5,000,000 Annual Aggregate
  • $2,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate
  • Broad form property damage
  • Non-owned watercraft up to 8 meters
  • Blanket written contractual
  • Employees as additional named insured
  • Contingent Employers Liability Electrical Contractor's Program
  • Personal Injury Liability
  • Cross Liability
  • Medical Payments $10,000 per person
  • $250,000 Tenants Legal Liability
  • Non-owned Automobile
  • SEF #96 Contractual Liability Endorsement
  • SEF #99 Excluding Long Term Leased Vehicle Endorsement
  • Deductible $1,000 Property Damage

  • No more than two claims in the last five years, with no single claim in excess of $10,000 (before the deductible is applied) and no more than one claim arising out of the same peril
  • Risks must be located in Canada
  • All operations must take place in Canada
